I have been seeing Catherine for a few months now and I can definitely see the improvements in myself. I am much stronger now and fitter. I am loving my muscles on my arm and back. I started seeing Catherine 2 months ago. I’ve sweated, sworn and groaned but enjoyed every minute. Feel better than I’ve felt in years. Catherine knows when to push but is always conscious to promote proper technique. I would recommend her without hesitation.
You know you’ve got a brilliant trainer when she makes up a bed in the gym for your sick baby so that you can still train!! Thank you
