1-on-1 Training:
Private Sessions — The most effective way to achieve your fitness goals is to book in Private 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions. Designed workouts to suit your needs and fully focused on you.
Personal Training:
Shared Sessions — means, pair up with another friend or one of my clients and you’ll share my attention. We’ll work on your custom program, but you get to save money and train at a time that might otherwise be unavailable.
Why 1-on-1 Training
Training by yourself can be difficult. It can be hard to get motivated and to push yourself hard enough to get those big results. A 1-on-1 Personal Training session can save you time by being more time effective than you would be by exercising on your own.
